When you visit Schlitterbahn.com, our web server automatically recognizes your IP address, but does not have access to any identifying information, including your email address. With the exception of this single automatic process, the only information we collect about you is that which you volunteer when you place an order, enter a contest or promotion, request information, or sign up for our email list. On each of these occasions, you provide us with your personal contact information, such as name and email address. When you place an order at Schlitterbahn's secure (SSL) server,  you provide us with your credit card billing information so that we may process your order.

Contests
Occasionally, Schlitterbahn.com offers contests in which we request certain personal information. At a minimum, the required information includes a name and email address; in some cases, you make be asked to complete a marketing survey. The information gathered in surveys are for market research only and the information gathered in contest entry forms is only used to send email notifications to contest entrants, winners and/or prize recipients. Because the rules and terms of each contest can vary, all information about each contest is clearly posted during the event.  All contests are conducted in full accordance with laws and regulations.

If you sign up for the Schlitterbahn.com email list, you can expect to receive occasional announcements of upcoming events, promotions and other information about Schlitterbahn Waterparks. Schlitterbahn Waterparks does not share email address or information with any third parties.
