DESKTOP TECHNICIAN Technician must have knowledge of computer hardware, Windows XP, and some networking knowledge. Must know how to install printers and applications. Must be able to lift 75 lbs and be able to move computer equipment around independently. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers on the phone and in person. Must be customer focused. Knowledge of wireless networks a plus. An understanding of the following terms is a plus: DHCP, SSID, IP Address, CPU, Monitor, Video Card, Memory, Mother board, CAT 5, RJ45
and Network Switch.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE LABORER/WATER TECHNICIAN These individuals work closely with our maintenance professionals on a daily basis assisting with general maintenance duties, water quality, landscaping and carpentry work. The ability to work in all weather conditions as well as nights and weekends is required. This is a seasonal, hourly position. Some experience in general maintenance, landscaping or carpentry is preferred.
